Objection Mechanism
Applicants may submit an official objection to the company under the following grounds:
- Mandatory information is not provided.
- Periodic information is withheld.
- Unreasonable costs or fees are levied.
- Requests are not answered within statutory time limits.
Objections must be filed within 30 business days addressed to the Head of Corporate Secretary Division (PPID Superior). Official written response will be issued within 30 business days.
