General Requirements
- Indonesian citizen.
- Placement location in Jakarta.
- Willing to be placed and assigned throughout the working area of PT SUCOFINDO (PERSERO).
- Communicative, disciplined, thorough, and able to work independently and in a team.
- Able to work under pressure and in the field (on-site), including in active railway operational areas.
- Preferably has experience in the national railway industry (KAI, LRT, MRT, and similar).
- Never been dismissed dishonorably from government or private institutions.
- No family relationship with company employees as siblings, step-siblings, parents, or children.
- Only candidates who meet the requirements will be called to participate in the next selection stages.

Competency Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 2 (two) years of work experience in the railway sector.
- Mastery of one or more fields: KA Technical Standards, Signal Systems, Telecommunications and KA Electrical, or KA Rail Track and Bridge Structures.
- Understanding of applicable railway regulations.
- Proficiency in software applications related to the railway field.
- Willing to act as Technical Responsible Person (PJT) in survey activities.
- Preferred to have relevant competency certificates.
- Leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills in railway operations.
